WHO ARE WE?
Albertans Against No-Fault Insurance (“AANFI”) is a grassroots coalition of everyday Albertans united by one shared goal: stopping the government's push to impose a no-fault auto insurance system that strips away our rights. We are small business owners, farmers, lawyers, cab drivers, students, and retirees—people from every corner of Alberta who believe in fairness, accountability, and the right to be heard.
We’re standing up because our government is moving forward with a no-fault system that benefits insurance companies at the expense of ordinary people. Under the UCP’s Care First scheme, injured Albertans lose the right to sue negligent drivers, access fair compensation, or hold wrongdoers accountable. That’s not the Alberta way.
This isn’t about politics—it’s about principle. We believe in listening to the voices of Albertans, not powerful insurance lobbyists or bureaucrats behind closed doors. Our government should work for the people, not push through policies that ignore public input and undermine basic justice.
Albertans Against No-Fault was created to speak out, organize, and push back. We’re committed to protecting your rights, ensuring transparency in government decisions, and fighting for an insurance system that puts people — not profits — first. Join us and help make sure your voice is heard.
