Tell your representitive to oppose the no-fault insurance plan

This legislation will have a real and personal impact on me and my family. If we are ever seriously injured in a collision, we will not be able to hold the at-fault driver accountable or seek compensation for our injuries or financial losses. If I or someone I love is seriously injured by a distracted or reckless driver who is not convicted of a driving offence, we would have no way to hold that person accountable in court. This system would leave my family without a path to fair compensation.

Our ability to seek justice should depend on the harm we have suffered, not on whether a criminal case is successful. Our care will be controlled by an insurance company that decides how long we receive treatment and what we are entitled to. That is not the kind of system I want for my loved ones.

I am asking you to oppose Bill 47 and advocate for a system that puts people ahead of insurance company profits. Real reform should focus on faster claims, better oversight, and fair accountability. Removing victims' rights is not the answer.
